Side A: Lotte started her first business aged 8, and although the poster swapping agency was short-lived it gave her the entrepreneurial bug. In more recent years Lotte has worked in publishing and digital marketing before setting up The Vine in 2008. Lotte is a highly experienced and creative marketing and PR practitioner. She has turned her passion for music, pop culture, design, style, publishing and film into The Vine, an energetic agency which blends marketing with PR and social media activity. Naming her company in homage to Marvin Gaye, Lotte strives to add a little soul to every campaign that The Vine work on!
Side B: Lotte was reared on soul music and her passion is Motown Records. She can often be heard airing Motown trivia on the airwaves via The Source FM or to anyone that will listen.

PR Associate
Side A: Jane loves talking to journalists and pitching stories, and for the past 10 years has been doing so for some of the UK’s most innovative agencies so we are proud to have her on board. Having worked on campaigns for brands ranging from Mumm Champagne to Green & Black’s, Jane’s no-nonsense approach to PR always delivers results.
Side B: Jane is a bit of a marine biology geek, a surfer and she is also pretty nifty on a snowboard.

Account Executive
Side A: With a background in creative advertising Hannah gained experience at an array of London agencies before making a bee-line for The Vine. She now enjoys merging the world of traditional communications with digital. Hannah gets stuck in with a range of tasks from commissioning videos to organising and promoting events.
Side B: Hannah is a lover of cake baking and tea drinking, and can be found riding the snowy slopes from time to time.

Junior Account Executive
Side A: Always interested in visual communication and marketing, Gabriella first started with us in 2011 when she helped us with our Soul-A-Rama party. Gabriella gained a degree in Fashion Photography and Communication at London College of Fashion before moving back to Cornwall to focus on a career in creative marketing. Whilst in London Gaby worked alongside fashion and jewellery designers to create successful print and social media campaigns.
Side B: After completing her first fashion zine aged 13 when best friends became models and abandoned hotels became a playground for shoots, Gabriella has had an obsession with print and photography.
